- Dr. Ann E. Mazzotti Dr. Mazzotti graduated from Illinois State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She then graduated from the University of Illinois earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She has practiced dentistry in the Homewood area since graduating from dental school. Dr. Mazzotti is a member in good standing in the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, the American Society of Dentistry for Children, the Illinois Association of Women Dentists, and the Legislative Interest Committee of Illinois Dentists. Dr. Mazzotti has served as a Chairman for the Midwinter Dental Convention for the past several years, which takes place in Chicago. She completes over 20 hours of continuing education each year. Dr. Mazzotti enjoys performing in theater, dancing, singing, playing the piano, snow skiing and spending time with her 2 daughters - Dr. Rachel Cuadros Dr. Cuadros, a native of Chicago, earned her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Illinois and attained her DDS degree from the University of Illinois as well. During dental school, Dr. Cuadros was selected to the Honors dental restorative group where she received intensive training and more challenging cases than the required curriculum. Due to her enjoyment of working with children, Dr. Cuadros won the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry Award honoring her for her outstanding pediatric care and dedication.   After graduation in 1998, she was accepted to the General Practice Residency Program at Northwestern University Memorial Hospital. During an intensive year long residency, she worked with various types of medically compromised patients, including in hosptial and out patient care. Dealing with dental emergencies daily has allowed her exposure to all forms of dental trauma and treatment. Dr. Cuadros is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society and remains active in continuing education. Dr. Cuadros resides in downtown Chicago with her husband and son. They enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and taking advantage of all the activities the city has to offer.
